Networking Opportunities:

The Chamber of Commerce hosts Networking Breakfasts and Lunches to give Members the opportunity to network with each other. There are Spotlight opportunities available for Members at the events. This is a great venue to make brief presentations to the entire group. In addition, each Spotlight is provided a six foot table for display of information about their business. During the events, it is vital that you bring business cards to present to the people you meet and also collect cards for follow-up after the event or for future use. News from the Chamber:

Quarterly the Pharos-Tribune partners with the Chamber of Commerce to publish a two page spread titled “News from the Chamber” on the second Sunday of the month (March, June, Sept., Dec.). This is a way to introduce the new Members and also a way to showcase the Business of the Month’s, Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies, and various other activities the Chamber hosts. Chamber Members have the opportunity to help support this publication by paying a small advertising fee, through the Pharos-Tribune, to have their business/organization listed down the sides of the pages as “Proud Supporters of the Logansport/ Cass County Chamber of Commerce.” If you are interested in having your name appear, please call (574) 732-5157 to speak with the advertising representative.


Chamber Today Radio Show:

This is a 15 minute pre-recorded radio show that is co-hosted by Judy McNarny, McNarny & Wolfe Realtors, and Paul Kroeger, Kroeger Funeral Home. The program airs every Sunday morning at 7:15 a.m. on WSAL (1230 AM) and then again at 9:15 a.m. on WHZR “Hoosier Country 103.7. This benefit is free to our Chamber Members who will be interviewed for 8-10 minutes to tell about their business, news of interest, products and services. During this radio show they also tell of upcoming events that are posted on the Community Calendar, which is on the Chamber’s website. Paul and Judy do a fantastic job of making you feel at ease so the nervousness of being on the radio fades quickly. Chamber Chatter:

Once a month, Chamber Members may submit a brief article about some facet of their business to the Chamber for communication electronically to the entire Chamber Membership. The weekly publication is also posted on the website for three weeks. The deadline for submitting an article or announcement is Wednesday by Noon, during the week you would like the submission to appear. You may either fax (574) 735-0909 or email info@logan-casschamber.com the information to the Chamber office. By utilizing this membership benefit, each member is able to communicate with the Membership at no cost. Tell people about upcoming sales, promotions, or new items or events your business or organization may be having. On the average, the Chamber receives 25-30 inquiries per month requesting information about who they should contact for various products and services. In each case, ONLY Chamber Members are referred


Major Events:

There are several events the Chamber of Commerce hosts during the year, they include the Annual Dinner & Meeting (Feb), Administrative Assistant’s Day Lunch (Apr), the Annual Golf Outing (May), and Cass County Pancake Day (Sept). The events have historically sold out and at each event the Chamber of Commerce provides opportunities for Members to showcase their business/organization.


Bulk Mailing:

Does your business/organization have a mailing of over 200 pieces? Chamber of Commerce Members may utilize the Chamber’s bulk mailing permit. This will save money for your business/organization. Please call the Chamber of Commerce office, 574-753-6388, for more information.


Membership Mailing Labels:

Need to mail promotional material to the Chamber of Commerce Membership? For a small fee, Chamber of Commerce Members may purchase the Chamber of Commerce Membership on mailing labels. Please call ahead to have a set printed for you, 574-753-6388.
