CCCF is looking for the person with the Biggest Heart in Cass County. In 200 words or less, nominate someone for this title. To honor the winner, a $500.00 donation will be made to the CCCF fund of the winner's choice at no cost to them.Deadline to submit is Tuesday, February 9, 2010.
